Getting started with anything, including a regular exercise program begins with one step. Director of Lifetime Fitness at UNC – CH, Becca Battaglini, says, getting started with exercise doesn’t have to be complicated, you don’t need a gym, you can begin at home. All you need is 30 minutes a day.
