The Cherokee people have inhabited the mountains of NC for thousands of years. Since that time, this culture has experienced many trials & tribulations. But, with their tenacity, perseverance, community involvement, & their strong passion to preserve the arts, the Eastern Band of the Cherokee have continued to thrive. Cherokee artist & storyteller, Davy Arch, works to promote that heritage.
