Eva Clayton shares how her father's job as an Iceman developed leadership skills in him, as well as, in her career. Her father encouraged his co-workers to take a stand against poor working conditions. After Eva’s father and his co-workers talked about quitting the company, her father had turned in his work keys and quit the job, only to find out his co-workers had given him “gate post talk.”
