Until 2011, Montlieu Academy, a magnet school not far from High Point Univ. (HPU) in Guilford County, was considered an underperforming school, with low test scores and many discipline problems. Education leaders and HPU developed a bold vision for Montlieu, purchasing iPads for every student & teacher (K-5). This program shares how the 1:1 iPad Initiative has helped Montlieu become a model.
