It's based on Manning's blues inspired style rendered from his days as a hard-charging blues musician. In Rocky Mount, Pastor Faircloth Barnes and his Red Budd Holy Church favor a more old-time gospel style derived from Pastor Barnes' background as a best selling gospel artist.
